I went to Walmart and walked up and down the aisles for 22 minutes for a total of 1400 steps!  The goal is to build up to 3000 steps at a time.   I also had 500 steps in before I went walking so probably get another 100 before bedtime and made it to 2000!

I know it isn't much, but it is a start and if I can be consistent every day, I can do it!
